Refund Policy

However, we recognize that technical issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued as store credit, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all customers.

Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit under the following circumstances:

1. Technical Defects
A refund will be issued if the product exhibits a technical defect as defined below:

  • Chart Attachment Issues: The product (Expert Advisor, indicator, script, or utility) cannot be attached to a trading chart. For products that require DLL usage, you must follow all installation instructions. If the issue persists after contacting us for support and the error is verified, this clause applies.
  • Error or Warning Messages: The product generates errors or warnings in the “Experts” or “Journal” tab of the trading platform.
  • License Key Problems: The product requests a license or activation key despite correct installation, provided the issue is not due to a pending update.
  • Confirmed Product Errors: Any other technical issues verified as a defect upon examination by our team.

2. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Personal dislike of the product.
  • Product performance not meeting individual expectations.
  • Indicators exhibiting lagging or repainting, even if the product description suggests otherwise.
  • Accidental purchases or incorrect product selection.
  • Lack of desired profit or effectiveness of the product.

Note: Trading involves significant risk. AutoPipShop does not guarantee profits or take responsibility for risks associated with Forex trading or the use of any products.

Refund Request Process
If you believe your product qualifies for a refund based on the conditions above, please follow the steps below:

Submit a Request:

    • Email us at ask@autopipshop.com with a detailed description of the issue.
    • Attach screenshots or log files from your trading terminal to help us assess the problem.

Evaluation:

    • Once we receive your request, our team will review and verify the issue.
    • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Approval:

    • If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your AutoPipShop account.
    • Store credit can be used for future purchases on AutoPipShop.com.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your store credit after approval:

    • Check Your Account: Verify that the credit has been applied to your AutoPipShop account.
