This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made through the AutoPipShop website (autopipshop.com), operated by MANDRES INVESTMENTS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10338204, with registered office at Barbury House, 8 Hardy Close, Nelson Court Business Centre, Preston, England, PR2 2XP.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Payment Policy. Please read it carefully before completing any purchase.
1. Accepted payment methods
AutoPipShop accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Debit cards: Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit.
- PayPal: using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a linked card.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your browser or device.
- Stripe: secure card processing through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
The payment methods available to you at checkout will be shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
2. Currency
All prices on AutoPipShop are listed in United States Dollars (USD). If your account or card is held in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a foreign currency conversion fee. AutoPipShop is not responsible for any such fees or exchange rate differences.
3. Pricing and taxes
- Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- AutoPipShop may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
- Promotional discounts (for example, coupon code FIRST30) are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment security
AutoPipShop takes the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We use industry-standard TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
We do not store full card details on our servers. All sensitive card data is handled directly and securely by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal).
5. Order confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms that your payment has been received and that your order is being processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact us at ask@autopipshop.com with your name and the approximate time of purchase.
6. Digital product delivery
AutoPipShop sells digital products only (Expert Advisors, trading scripts, and related software). Once payment has been confirmed:
- Your purchased product or products will be available for immediate download from your account dashboard and from the confirmation email.
- Access is granted as soon as the payment is verified.
- No physical goods are shipped.
Because our products are delivered digitally and supplied immediately, please review your order carefully before completing payment. See Section 10 below for the impact this has on your statutory 14-day cancellation right.
7. Failed and declined payments
If your payment is declined or otherwise fails to complete:
- No charge is applied. Your bank may temporarily place a hold on the funds; this is released automatically by your bank, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
- You will be notified at checkout that the payment could not be processed.
- Please contact your bank or payment provider for the reason for the decline, or try an alternative payment method.

8. Chargebacks and disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting AutoPipShop may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account and any product licences associated with the disputed transaction.
- Referral to our payment processor’s fraud and dispute resolution team.
If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to recover the funds owed and to report the incident to the relevant authorities.

9. Subscriptions and recurring payments
Where subscription-based products or services are offered:
- You will be clearly informed of the recurring billing cycle (for example, monthly or annually) before completing your purchase.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at ask@autopipshop.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by applicable law.
- We will give you reasonable advance notice of any changes to subscription pricing.
10. Refunds, cancellations, and your statutory rights
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which you should read in full alongside this Payment Policy.
In summary:
- If you are a UK consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content supplied by immediate download, this right is lost as soon as the download or supply begins, provided that you have given express consent for the supply to start and acknowledged that, by doing so, your right to cancel will be lost.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or provider.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty digital content, are not affected by this Payment Policy.
11. Fraud prevention
AutoPipShop uses fraud-detection measures to protect both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or place on hold any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
- Request additional verification from a customer before processing payment.
- Refuse service to any individual or entity where fraud is suspected.
Confirmed fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant law-enforcement and financial authorities.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from payment transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
