1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Products: If the product you purchased is defective or not functioning as described, you may be eligible for a refund. Please report the issue to us within 7 days of purchase, along with a description of the problem.
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the product within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate charges. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
  • Non-Refundable Products:
  • Instantly Accessible Products: Products available for immediate download or use, such as Expert Advisors (EAs) and licenses, are generally non-refundable once the purchase is complete. If the product has been used or accessed, refunds are not applicable.
  • Custom/Personalized Products: Any custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Orders:
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not yet been processed or delivered. After this period, cancellations are not accepted for downloadable or instantly accessible products.

  • Cancellation of Subscriptions:
  • For subscription-based products or services, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

3. Your statutory rights (UK consumers)

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you are a consumer and you buy a product from AutoPipShop on a distance basis, you ordinarily have 14 days from the day of purchase to cancel the contract and receive a refund. For digital content supplied by immediate download (including Expert Advisors, licences, and downloadable files), this right is lost as soon as the download or supply begins, provided that:

  • you have given express consent for the supply to start before the 14-day cancellation period has expired; and
  • you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, your right to cancel will be lost.

You are asked to give this consent and acknowledgement at checkout. If you do not give it, your 14-day cancellation right is preserved.

Faulty digital content (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Digital content you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by anything in this policy.
